Paraprofessionals are the backbone of infrastructure at Calais.  Whether supporting a larger group or a 1:1 student, these individuals are on the front line helping to foster the nurturing environment Calais is known for. 

Morgan Sabo works as a lower school Paraprofessional at The Calais School. Since joining Calais, her compassion and dedication to her 1:1 student and to the Calais mission have been noticed by all.

Calais paraprofessionals like Ms. Sabo are an essential part of our education team. Throughout the school day, she can be seen reinforcing classroom instruction, enhancing teacher effectiveness and keeping her 1:1 student on track with emotional, academic and behavioral support.  

Ms. Sabo approaches her paraprofessional responsibilities with patience, adaptability and a will to pitch-in wherever and whenever needed. Further, her attention to detail and excellent data collection contribute to the ongoing success of her 1:1 student. 

Each day, Ms. Sabo makes it her mission to positively impact staff and students alike. Her dedication and unwavering support in the classroom make her an invaluable member of the Calais community.
