Thank you for visiting the ESY Gallery. While preventing academic regression is a large part of Calais’s ESY program, lots of fun and exciting recreational activities and educational field trips are what define our ESY experience!
Student engagement is the focus of all activities through out the duration of the program, which are in-house and out in the community. Our kids along with faculty and staff go on weekly outings which typically include trips to the local pool, Turtle Back Zoo, bowling, the Morris Museum, a mini golf outing and more. The recreational activities and educational field trips give students the opportunity to improve social and behavioral skills while interacting and building friendships with their peers.
