Anger is a primary, natural emotion with functional survival value, which we all experience from time to time. Anger management is training for temper control and is the skill of remaining calm. It has been described as deploying anger successfully.
Never getting angry is impossible. Instead, remember that how you act when you’re angry can make the situation better or worse. Don’t let anger be the boss of you. Acting out of anger can cause you to make bad decisions. Take charge of it!
