Our Calais Foundation donors care about supporting children with special needs and providing them with life-changing resources. We are well on our way to our fundraising goal of $5,000 for our End-of-the-Year Campaign. With the most recent donations, we have reached $2,500. Won’t you help us reach our goal?

We truly appreciate our donors. Their gifts help the Calais Foundation succeed in its mission to empower children and young adults with serious learning disabilities and socialization challenges to reach their fullest potential in life.

Children with special needs struggle with more than just the challenges presented by their disabilities – there are feelings of isolation, loss of hope, shattered self-esteem and the trauma of being bullied by their peers. That is why the Calais Foundation supports the prestigious Calais School in Whippany, New Jersey.  Through your continued support, the Calais School delivers hope and meaning to students and their families.

“All of the teachers and staff members of the Calais School taught me something about myself. Each staff member helped me better understand myself and my feelings and helped me grow as a person…They have taught me how to be successful for the future…I have learned so much and achieved so many of my goals, thanks to all for the guidance.” -Calais School Student

The Calais School’s comprehensive programs and cutting-edge therapeutic services create a nurturing environment where students can thrive and become productive members of society. Unfortunately, not all our programs are covered by State funding, so we rely on public support to keep them going.

Your gift can help improve the life of a special need’s child or young adult.  Please make a donation today.
