Adam Dratch, ESQ., specializes in providing legal services to individuals with special needs. His goal is to make sure that all people who are “differently-abled” still have access to the greatest care and highest respect possible because we believe that things should be easier and more affordable for wonderful families in our communities as opposed to harder and more expensive.After graduating law school and passing the New York and New Jersey Bar Exams, Mr. Dratch Clerked for the Honorable James S. Rothschild, Jr., Judge of the Superior Court, in Essex County, New Jersey. After the Clerkship, Adam worked for nearly ten years in the private sector providing compassionate legal services to many different types of individuals with varying legal needs.
After having children of his own, Mr. Dratch became more interested in serving families in our communities and began volunteering at the widely renowned Non-Profit Organization, ECLC of NJ. ECLC stands for offering “Education, Careers & Lifelong Community” to children and adults with special needs, including autism, Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities. Adam was soon offered the position of Assistant Director of the “21-and-older” Day Program located in Paramus, NJ. In this position, Mr. Dratch passionately worked on the front lines teaching life-skills and social-skills to young adults with Autism, Downs Syndrome, and many other extraordinary young adults with special needs and special talents.
After nearly three years working at ECLC, Mr. Dratch founded Dratch Consulting, LLC, dedicated to ensuring all families with children with special needs have access to the best and most affordable legal services in the area. We provide a warm and welcoming place for people to receive the compassionate legal assistance needed when navigating challenging family law matters.
