Students commemorated the attacks of September 11, 2001 yesterday, Patriot Day. The day started off with a message from Mr. Sokolewicz, assistant principal, who urged all of us to “remember the sacrifices and efforts of those on 9/11 and recommit ourselves to the principles that founded our nation.”

Mr. Sokolewicz’s speech ended with a moment of silence to remember, reflect upon, and honor the great sacrifice made by thousands of Americans who lost their lives and loved ones in the attacks thirteen years ago.
