IMG_0905Students, families, staff, and friends enjoyed our Calais Family Fun Day on Sunday, May 22nd! A little rain didn’t stop us from enjoying pony rides, a bouncy house, arcade games, photo booth, DJ, hot dogs,  hamburgers, and more!

The day’s proceeds–including the money raised from Mr. Femia and Mr. Amaya in the dunk tank–will go to our updated sensory-integrated playground fund. More importantly, the day brought the Calais community together to socialize and celebrate Spring.

 

We raised approximately $1,700 for our updated sensory-integrated playground fund. Thank you to Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, St. Joseph’s, and Nurse Susan McLeod, who provided health information and screenings for visitors. Thank you to all of the families and friends that joined us!! And a special thank you to all of our staff members who volunteered their Sunday to make the day fun for all. Your hard work and generosity are so greatly appreciated!
